Explore four different methods to create a temporary edge for your project which can be worked on later
This Finnish brand started life as one mans dream of creating fine quality knitting yarns, and has grown to be the largest hand knitting yarn spinnery in the Nordic Region.
Now a fourth generation family owned business, Novita recently celebrated their 90th anniversary.

Their 20 different yarn brands take inspiration from their rich heritage and Nordic surroundings, but also have a keen focus on sustainability.
Re-purposing the heat generated by the dyeing process and using Finnish biogas (made completely from renewable resources and energy coming from wind power) are some of the things Novita have invested in to ensure they are as energy efficient as possible.
Novita also choose dyes which are hypoallergenic and biodegradable, and all their yarn is tested to meet the ISO quality standard. All their wool comes from the Northern Hemisphere, so you can feel some “Nordic magic” in every yarn.

You can find Novita at John Lewis department stores across the UK and also at www.johnlewis.com. as well as at Wool Warehouse and LoveCrafts You can also check out the range at novitaknits.com, and you can also find Novita on Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and Ravelry.
